من مركز اصابات العمل بفرع القناة و سيناء نعرض دور المركز فى خدمة حوادث اصابات العمل بمناسبة اليوم العالمى لحوادث العمل لمعرفة ماهية و أهمية هذا الدور فى الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحى :

تعريف إصابة العمل وفقا للمادة 49 من قانون 79 لسنه 75 بانها الإصابه التى تقع للمؤمن عليه وتحول بين اداء عمله

وتتمثل الإصابه فى الصور الخمس الاتية :-

1.     الإصابه داخل نطاق العمل وتقع اثناء تأديه عمله .

2.     الإصابه خارج العمل و التى  تقع خلال فتره ذهابه أو إيابه لتأدية  عمله سالكا فى ذلك الطريق الطبيعى دون توقف أو انحراف عن الطريق الطبيعى

 

3.     الإصابه باحد الامراض المهنيه بشرط :

أ- أن يكون المرض ضمن الامراض المهنيه .

ب- أن يكون من طبيعه العمل الذى يؤديه .

 

 

4.     الإصابه التى تقع بسبب تأديه العمل حتى ولو وقع الحادث خارج العمل .

 

5.     الإصابه بالاجهاد أو الارهاق من العمل التى يترتب عليه

·        إنسداد احد الشراين التاجيه للقلب

 

 

·        انفجار شرايين المخ التى تحدث للمؤمن عليه قبل بلوغ سن 60 نتيجة

 

 

·        بذل مجهود يفوق مجهوده العادى .

 

 اجراءات الابلاغ عن الإصابه :-

 يقوم المؤمن عليه بابلاغ صاحب العمل بكل اصابه تحدث له اثناء العمل واذا اصيب خارج نطاق العمل فعليه ابلاغ الشرطه واخطار صاحب العمل برقم وتاريخ المحضر .

يقوم صاحب العمل بالاجراءات الاتيه :-

تحرير اخطار اصابه .

 أ-  تحويل المؤمن عليه الى جهه العلاج ( التأمين الصحى ) .

ب- ابلاغ الشرطة فى القطاعات الخاصه ويكتفى بمحضر تحقيق ادارى و  بالنسبة للعاملين بالقطاع الحكومى والقطاع العام تجرى الجهه القائمه بالتحقيق سواء كانت الشرطة أوالجهه المختصه بالتحقيق لدى  صاحب العمل تحقيقا يتضمن العناصر الاتية :

·        سماع اقوال المصاب متى سمحت حالته بذلك .

 

 

·        سماع اقوال صاحب العمل أومن ينوبه والشهود .

 

 

·        بيان ما اذا كان الحادث وقع نتيجة اهمال أوسوء سلوك فاحش من المصاب أوعدم اتباع اللوائح الارشادية .

 

 

 

الاعمال التى يقوم بها مركز اصابات العمل

1.     استقبال المصاب و عمل ملف للحالة يشمل ( اخطار الاصابة - التقرير الطبى الاولى - المحاضر الادارية او بقسم الشرطة - صورة البطاقة )

 

 

2.     اجراء الاسعافات الاولية من غرز و غيارات

 

 

3.     عمل الفحوصات الطبية اللازمة

 

 

4.     صرف الادوية اللازمة للحالة

 

 

5.     تحويل الحالة الى ( المستشفى - العلاج الطبيعى - الطبيب الاخصائى وفق ما تحتاجة الحالة - الانتفاع بالخدمة من محافظة اخرى )

 

 

6.     منح الاجازات المرضية للحالة

 

 

7.     صرف الاجهزة التعويضية عن طريق عرض على مركز العلاج الطبيعى و التأهيلى

 

 

8.     عرض الحالة على لجنة العجز و توصيف الاعمال فى حالة العجز

 

 

9.     يتم اعطاء الحالة الملف كامل فور انتهاء علاج الحالة

 

 

فى حالة وجود بعض المهن التى تؤثر سلبا على صحة العامل فانه يتم تحويله لادارة الفحص الطبى الدورى لعمل فحوص دورية و متابعة الحالة بشكل مستمر .
